Summer Camp Registration 2027

Churches can begin making requests for 2027 camp dates at 5:15pm on August 28. Group leaders should complete the form below to submit their requests for camp dates. Dates will be secured by early-mid September and leaders will receive an email from Ava Whitehead with their church's camp dates.

Student Camps  - $210 per camper
Indoor Children’s Camps - $195 per camper
Outdoor Children’s Camps - $165 per camper

Lodges / $30 per person per night
Lodges as meeting areas only / $25 per hour $100 max per day
Camp Center/Infirmary Rooms / $30 per person/night, $60 max per night
Camp center meeting area / $20 per hour - $75 max per day
Breakfast - Full Breakfast / $9 per meal
Continental breakfast / $6 per meal
Lunch / $10 per meal
Supper / $11 per meal
Gym Lobby or classrooms as meeting spaces / $20 per hour, $100 max per day (included with full gym rental)
COM Building / $25 per hour, $125 max per day
RV rates - $30 per day
Activities Pricing
Archery / $20 per hour
Rifles / $50 per hour
Horseback Riding / $15 per person per hour
Kayaking / $5 per person per hour
High Ropes / Zip lines / $125 per hour (2 hour minimum)
Low Ropes / $90 per hour
Swimming Pool / $80 per hour / $300 per day max,
       2-hour minimum (only w/CHBR lifeguards)
Gym / $50 for the first hour / $25 each ad. Hour,  $200 max for day
Athletic Field / $10 per hour ($30 max) during the day and $15 for first hour and $10 each additional hour, with a $40 max with lights.
Campfire / $35 for fire set up only or $100 to add smore provisions
